| Joss is a fine-dining restaurant that caters for a variety of tastes. Specializing in Japanese, Malaysian, Balinese and Indonesian dishes, Joss has found a niche in providing guests with first-class modern Far East cuisine. Using only the freshest ingredients, Chef Farrokh Khambata creates unique meals that will ignite your senses. Khambata, also the creator of one of Bombay's top catering companies, started this popular restaurant in 2004 and it has become a display of his innovative talent and culinary expertise. Open daily for lunch and dinner, from 12:30 to 3:30 and 7:30 to 12:00 respectively, Joss caters for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian diets. |

| The authentic cuisine at Joss Restaurant has often been referred to as 'experimental Pan Asian'. For example, you can try a simple Thai green curry or you can be a little more adventurous and opt for the crab cappuccino soup. | Joss also has its own teppenyaki grill which aims to reduce fat but at the same time create maximum flavor. No matter what you eat at Joss, be sure to end off your meal with a hot Kahlua souffle or another one of the restaurant's signature desserts. | The interior at Joss has a very oriental feel to it. With an upper and lower floor joined by a sweeping staircase, the venue has a seating capacity of 110 people. The restaurant is warm and dramatic with soft cream-colored walls and dark wooden pillars, chairs and finishings. The high ceilings create a feeling of space whilst the dim lighting ensures a romantic and intimate ambiance. Golden lily pads pressed against the walls add a touch of oriental culture to the simple décor, and the reed place mats and origami folded napkins make for an eastern-inspired dining experience. | For affairs such as wedding receptions and large parties The Grand Aria is the ideal venue with its high ceilings decorated with sparkling chandeliers and a seating capacity of between 150 and 500 people. For slightly smaller events with between 100 and 200 people, The Tuscan provides a perfect setting for business seminars and private functions. |
| The Lounge on the other hand provides for a much more intimate atmosphere, with space for between 25 and 80 guests.
